Sunrise ar the bavarian pre-alps with view to the massif of Zugspitze and Ammergauer alps

            Going through the archives I found one overlooked shot that seemed to be worth to spend some time on it. That was still the time when I was working with the Leica M9. The sun was rising over the bavarian pre-alps and the mountains behind which belong to Wetterstein and Ammergebirge. 
I masked the sky in Lightroom in order to be able to edit it separately and optimize both the mountain landscape and the sky with values that should lead to a result with natural look, which should come near to what our eyes and brain are showing us when they work together.
