Bumble Bee I'm trying to ID - a photo on Flickriver

            Gender: Male
First impression he's an aberrant bombus impatiens. There were plenty of B. Impatiens Just outside the Como Conservatory area in their butterfly garden.

Tricolored Bumblebee (Bombus ternarius) is my 2nd guess, but again the markings aren't true. Plus the orange on the Tricolor is unmistakable. This one, you have to either catch it under the right light or hold the bee to see the orange.
