EMD 9059 Thompson 17 Apr 07 - a photo on Flickriver

            Oakways in charge of the M-GFDNTW (Grand Forks, ND - Northtown, MN) as it roars south through Thompson, ND.

If I remember correctly, by 2007, the Oakway fleet was finding its way off of northern plains coal trains and onto other trains in the BNSF system.  Not that I minded...I always liked the Oakways.

This was an absolute killer day trackside; I already have other photos from this day elsewhere in my Flickr photostream.  It's days like this you remember in this hobby, and it's also days like this you're always hoping to repeat!
