Soya Nugget Biryani - a photo on Flickriver

            I tried making this classic from bluesmoon for the first time today. Made it in the microwave oven and I must say, it's damn quick and convenient. I didn't wash or soak the rice, as the instructions usually suggest, but the rice still turned out to be really good!
