A Rock Climb up Half Dome, telephoto view from Eagle Peak

I did another of my light trails adventures. Griff Joyce and Justin Leech rock climbed up Snake Dike, which is on the opposite side of Half Dome from the cables that hikers use. Four photographers spread out, and I was stationed at Glacier Point. We coordinated with two-way radios. This photo was taken from Eagle Peak by Kurt Lawson, but we pooled the images and I processed it. The climbers started climbing at 9:30 PM and arrived to the top at about 2:30 AM, five hours later.

This is a stack of a bit over 600 still images--it took a lot of processing time! I masked out the airplanes that otherwise would have dominated the sky.
