Denver Lightning 7-10-09 - a photo on Flickriver

            We had an incredible lightning storm on Friday. At it's peak, I'm guessing that we were getting 2-3 strikes (mostly cloud to cloud) every second.

I was reading at the time. When I saw the sky come alive, I grabbed the camera and tripod and headed down to my favorite place for shooting downtown.

This was the best shot of the night, but there were several other ones that were almost as impressive. Fun times!
