            Žluté papriky rozpůlené, zbavené semínek. Smažené z obou stran na pánvi s trochou olivového oleje, posypané adžikou.

Náplň: balkánský sýr, kukuřice, rajče a zelené olivy na malé kousky, čerstvé žampiony dušené s cibulí na kmíně, trohu olivového oleje...

Yellow bell peppers cut in halves, seeds discarded. Fried on both sides on a little olive oil, sprinkled with adjika spice.

Filling: balkan cheese, corn, tomatoes and green olives cut to small pieces, fresh portobello mushrooms stewed with diced onions and caraway, some olive oil...
