A typical backyard waste biotope in the mid of the City

            It's too easy to dump any waste here, nobody can see anything and you can approach by car behind the bushes for unloading.
The only what would help here is video control and the personnel to observe and convict the evildoers at the end, and of course, a budget for the excecution.
Our environment will thank for it!
