Inside the first room of the Moon House ruins, McCloyd Canyon on Cedar Mesa, Southeast Utah

            The "Moon House" in an Anasazi cliff dwelling in McCloyd Canyon on Cedar Mesa located in Southeast Utah. Scientists and archaeologists suggest that it may have been inhabited for only 18 years from 1250 to 1268 A.D.

This site is accessible via a short hike that drops quickly into the canyon bottom and is definitely worth the trip.
