Japan-based Marines perform aviation-delivered ground refueling in California

            A U.S. Marine Corps AH-1z Viper helicopter with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 269, Marine Aircraft Group 29, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing lands to refuel from U.S. Marines Corps Cpl. Colton Houston, a loadmaster with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, during an aviation-delivered ground refueling exercise at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California, Jan. 24, 2025. VMGR-152 traveled from Japan to Arizona for more diverse training opportunities in the Western United States.
