Navy and Marine jets fly at MCAS Iwakuni

            A U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J Hercules aircraft with Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, conducts flight operations at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Sept. 18, 2025. Pilots aboard various aircraft at MCAS Iwakuni, have to accumulate the required quantity of flying hours every month to maintain proficiency and expertise with their airframe via daily flight activities.
