Streets featured on plan: Monmouth Street -- Grafton Street -- Castlemaine Street -- Portsmouth Street -- St. Albans Street -- Cleveland Street -- Gwynne Street -- Charles Street -- Stewart Street

Only St. Albans Street, Charles Street, Gwynne Street, Portsmouth Street and Stewart Street remain as named here. Cleveland Street is now called White Street. The boundaries of this plan are the current-day Stephensons Road, High Street Road and Stewart Street, with the Glen Waverley railway line cutting across the lower portion of the plan. The Charles Street Reserve and the Mount Waverley Reservoir are located in this area. See current locale on Google Maps.

This estate has been written about by Susan Priestley in her book Cattlemen to Commuters. However, recent research by Clive Haddock using primary sources from Trove has identified several errors in Priestley's work on the subject.
