Hemenway Park - a photo on Flickriver

Hemenway Park

            Desert Bighorn Sheep (Ovis canadensis nelsoni)  Nevada state animal. On this day they were all over the park, probably the largest number I have seen in the park at one time.  Every area of the park I looked at had groups of them.  An endangered animal?  Not in this neighborhood.
