Rain, rain go away! - a photo on Flickriver

For the first time in absolutely ages I've had the whole day to myself, to do nothing except what I want to do and, yes, it's raining, pouring, hammering down, wet, wet wet!

I've finally snapped and just had to get out the camera, too wet to even wander into the lane to photograph the puddles, so a quick set-up in the back garden with a spare pair of wellington boots and we're in business - got soaked just doing this though!

Hopefully it will clear up later and I'll be able to photograph a sunset or something, but it doesn't look like it at the moment and Metcheck says 100% cloud and rain for later!

Anyone any photographic ideas for the perfect summer day?
