Shades of green - a photo on Flickriver

Shades of green

            The art museum ARoS is presently building a work of art on the roof, called Your Rainbow Panorama, by Ofalfur Eliasson. The sculpture in the park in front of the museum supplements this nicely. I am sure Your Rainbow Panorama will be tremendous whilst finished in 2011.

On a very cold december day I took my camera to the immediate surroundings of the Town Hall in Aarhus, which is my place of work. 

The cold blue sky and the innocently white snow framed the grey of the town hall, the green colour of the sculpture on the other side of the street and the red bricks of old traditional buildings in the city, making it a nice break on a busy day.
