Winter Light on Peter's Stone - a photo on Flickriver

            On a rare day of brightness over the Christmas and New Year period I managed to get out for a walk in Cressbrook Dale, Derbyshire. I was struck by the way the sunlight was catching Peter's Stone (a limestone outcrop at the head of the valley) and a couple of trees on the hill side.
