Llyn Ogwen Boat House - a photo on Flickriver

Llyn Ogwen is wedged between two mountain ranges of Snowdonia, the Carneddau and the Glyderau the stunning little lake is fairly shallow sitting at only 3 meters at the deepest point and is filled with fish each year a head of the fishing season.

The lake itself lies in the county of Gwynedd, but all the surrounding land lies in Conwy County Borough.

This was another location that I was looking forward to seeing in person having seen so many images of it online I decided to take this from a slightly different angle from the usual.

Situated right beside the road and with a little cafe makes it a perfect little spot to stop and enjoy a coffee.
