A 7 mile walk with Roy, Keith and Bramble on cool and misty morning starting in the Woburn car park out past the Fire Station and up the Woburn Avenue and over the road passing Maryland 's west side and through the fields and woods by the golf course. Here they are constructing a new arm of the golf course . Eventually we stop for a coffee on a suitable wet log before wending our way across a road and up into Aspley Heath. On the far side of the heath we descended through the mountain bike track onto and across the Woburn to Woburn Sands road. 
This section of the heath was up a bit and then very damp and muddy. Eventually near the end of tack we came to a winter pond in a clearing where we had lunch c 12.15 pm before the relatively short stroll back to the Woburn car park at 1.20pm
