"Pipe Dreams" P5012715 - a photo on Flickriver

            Dear all
A day that started very wet and gradually got a bit better. Varied tasks:
Sorting and checking tool inventory.
Raking the pond edge
Building 2 seats by the pond
Setting up fencing by the entrance gate
Digging in posts to stop lorries driving over the entrance verge.
Making tea in absence the TWF.
Unexpectedly having to unload a lorry which was very amusing to bystanders, innocent or otherwise!
We really missed Mr B but Malcolm's bread pudding was excellent and reaching new culinary heights.
That is it in a nutshell but you will note our plans to defend the workshops against aerial attack during the Olympics with a mobile two man missile launcher. At this stage is only a dummy version but we are open to MOD contract offers.
Wild life was a bit slim but we had a family of Blue Tits living in a traffic cone and Common Buzzards overhead. They were out of range before we could train our missile but Malcolm & David will get faster!
We welcomed back Pulloxhill Sue from the orient bearing gifts I am off for a bit to Asia Minor so you may miss my "wit" & snaps for a while but I am sure the other jokers in our pack will fill the gap!
Lots of stuff here for the next GST news letter.
Hopefully I have not forgotten anything important?
