Canon FTb & 50mm f1.8 lens - a photo on Flickriver

            Our local Tauranga City Councils early attempt at a training facility for space cadets .
Although not a complete success compared to others that entered the space race in the late 50s and early 60s this rocket has remained operational for over 40 years and has been used to train thousands of entry level astronauts .You will note the special escape cute to bring the astronauts body temp back to normal quickly apon atmospheric re entry , very cost effective for tax payers . Cadets using this rocket for training are advised to bring a change of warm dry space clothing in the event of over cooling.
This is straight from the camera with Kodak Gold 200 film and 1.5v battery in the light meter . Quite impressed with the standard kit len on this thing.
