I honestly sat down to build the "Pepsi Can" version of this engine, but at the last minute I decided #507 in its current state was more deserving. It's not nearly as flashy a paint job as the original 90's version, but it's still a classy looking loco. This one will fill in nicely on my Surfliner set; the Pepsi Can would have looked out of place and would really need its own c.1995 train. So here's lowly #507 as it looks right now, still putting in the miles for Uncle Amtrak, just like it was meant to.
