Attractive Barfly, Pt. 8 - _TNY_3818

My son (aged nine at the time)and I were shooting pool in the morning at the beach bar at Mercury Phu Quoc Resort & Villas in Phu Quoc, Vietnam when this banded swallowtail (Papilio demolion - not to be confused with P. demoleus) suddenly appeared on the floor next to the pool table.

We're thinking he got stuck overnight inside the glass doors of the bar and was pretty exhausted when we found him as he let me get close in with the camera - and as you can see allowed Daniel to have it on his (sandy) hand.
