Tick in the grass - maybe a Pacific Coast Tick (Dermacentor occidentalis)

Here is a tiny Tick (Ixodidae, Arachnida) waiting on the end of a new grass stem. Hah - it's waiting for you or me to walk by so it can fall away and attach itself! Our most common tick is the Western Black-legged Tick (Ixodes pacificus), see this photo, but this one looks slightly different - for one thing, it doesn't have black legs. Maybe it's the Pacific Coast Tick (Dermacentor occidentalis)? It's tiny, about 1/8 inch long. *Sigh* I've already been ticked a couple of times this year - I still feel it on my arm. What, me worry? This is also a shot of the tick's rear end, so HBBBT! (San Marcos Pass, 11 April 2019)
