EGP 192 103-0 @ Kasbach-Ohlenberg 🇩🇪

Voordat we in Unkel ons dagje 'Rijn' afsloten, sloegen we onze tenten een klein uurtje op langs de B42 in Kasbach-Ohlenberg waar de variatie in reizigers- en goederentreinen best groot was. En wie ons een beetje kent, weet ondertussen wel al dat wij niet al te lang op een en hetzelfde plekje blijven staan als de buit wat binnen is en dus besloot Steven te voet te verhuizen naar het puntje aan de wijksporen van de inrit van Linz (Rhein). Wie zoekt, die vindt Steven trouwens op het voetpad.

Ikzelf zou Steven wat later met de auto volgen maar niet voordat hij zijn hoogstatief had opgesteld (onder het motto: je weet immers nooit wat er nog kan komen). En gelukkig ben ik dus nog even blijven staan want op die manier had een van ons tweeën toch deze fraaie Smartron op foto!

Op 17 december 2020 presenteerde 'Eisenbahngesellschaft Potsdam (EGP)' het nieuwe ontwerp voor hun Smartron 192 103. In samenwerking met Railcolor Design en haar partners Mukran Port Group en DBO bahnoperator heeft EGP een ontwerp ontwikkeld dat de nieuwe Zijderoute, via Mukran, in de verf zet. En ook al viel de belading van deze trein wat tegen, de loc zelf is het tonen meer dan waard, vind ik!

On 17.12.2020, Eisenbahngesellschaft Potsdam (EGP) presented this new design for Smartron 192 103. In cooperation with Railcolor Design and its partners Mukran Port Group and DBO bahnoperator, EGP has developed a design about the new Silk Road, via Mukran.
