INFRABEL 6305 @ Lillois-Witterzée 🇧🇪

Onlangs werd de 6305, a.k.a 212205, in dit historisch groen-gele kleedje geschilderd. Haar eerste rit reed ze op 14 april toen ze een transport voor TSP mocht uitvoeren. De locomotief bracht de 5528 en 5519 van Ciney via lijn 124 naar resp. Schaarbeek en Antwerpen.

Een historische livrei vraagt om een (weldra) historisch plekje en daarom koos ik voor dit motief met het oude brugje over het spoor. Weldra zal dit brugje namelijk ten prooi vallen aan de GEN-werken tussen Braine-l'Alleud en Nivelles en zullen er hier dus 4 sporen liggen en dat is dus ook de reden waarom het hier al zo kaal gesnoeid is (achter de rug van de fotograaf zijn de werken trouwens al in volle gang).

Het werd nog spannend met de wolken maar de zon vond net een broodnodig gaatje toen de trein om 12u43 als Z97401 naar Schaarbeek mijn fotolens passeerde.

Here, you can see the transfer from Ciney to Schaarbeek of two class 55 of TSP in a historical livery (5528 in green and 5519 in bleu) driven by INFRABEL 6305, aka 212205 (also in a historical livery). This place and bridge in Lillois-Witterzée will soon be historic due to the expansion to 4 tracks for the RER network around Brussels.

[Edit] A high voltage pylon was partially removed.
