Na de instroom van de Siemens Mireo Plus B (BR 563) op 8 april 2024 tussen Offenburg en Hornberg (Schwarzw) blijven de RegioShuttles van SWEG voorlopig wel nog steeds trouw op post op het traject tussen Hausach en Freudenstadt.

De RegioShuttles (RS1) blijven normaal nog tot het einde van 2024 in dienst op deze lijn omdat er enerzijds in Freudenstadt op dit moment nog een wissel ontbreekt naar spoor 2 om in de toekomst ook op dit spoor de Mireo Plus B te kunnen ontvangen en anderzijds de perrons in Schiltach, Schiltach Mitte en Alpirsbach nog te kort zijn om er een dubbele Mireo Plus B te kunnen laten stoppen. DB InfraGo voorziet dat al de werken op het einde van 2024 voltooid zijn zodat hier dan ook de Mireo Plus B kan gaan rijden.

Maar op 31 juli 2024 was het dus nog steeds de RS1 die in Halbmeil langs de Kinzig als RB20 87629 tussen Hausach en Freudenstadt Hbf onderweg was. De trein heeft zonet het station van Wolfach verlaten en rijdt nu naar de volgende halte in Halbmeil.

Zoals al gezegd bij deze foto, is de exploitatie momenteel dus wat aangepast en moeten reizigers vanuit Offenburg in de richting van Freudenstadt nu in Hausach overstappen op deze trein (voor de instroom van de Mireo Plus B reed de trein tussen Offenburg en Freudenstadt en moest je in Hausach op de trein naar Hornberg (Schwarzw) overstappen). After the influx of the Siemens Mireo Plus B (BR 563) on April 8, 2024 between Offenburg and Hornberg (Schwarzw), SWEG's RegioShuttles will remain faithfully stationed on the route between Hausach and Freudenstadt for the time being.

The RegioShuttles (RS1) will normally remain in service on this line until the end of 2024 because, on the one hand, there is currently a switch missing in Freudenstadt to track 2 to be able to receive the Mireo Plus B in the future, and on the other hand the platforms in Schiltach, Schiltach Mitte and Alpirsbach are still too short for a double Mireo Plus B to stop there. DB InfraGo anticipates that all the works will be completed by the end of 2024 so that the Mireo Plus B can start operating here.

But on July 31, 2024, it was still the RS1 that was on its way in Halbmeil along the Kinzig as RB20 87629 between Hausach and Freudenstadt Hbf. The train has just left Wolfach station and is now heading to the next stop in Halbmeil.
