218 435 Aitrang (11860n) - a photo on Flickriver

            Für den IC 2085 "Nebelhorn" nach Oberstdorf kamen dann an der Geraden bei Aitrang sogar drei Kühe ins Bild. Der letzte verbleibende Fernverkehrszug auf diesem Streckenabschnitt wurde am 17. Oktober 2021 von der Ulmer 218 435 bespannt. Die Lok hatte wenige Wochen zuvor nach längerem Stillstand eine Auslaufuntersuchung erhalten und wird inzwischen auf der Marschbahn eingesetzt.  

For the IC 2085 "Nebelhorn" to Oberstdorf, even three cows came into the picture on the track near Aitrang. The last remaining long-distance train on this section of line was hauled by 218 435 from Ulm on 17 October 2021. The locomotive had received a run-out inspection a few weeks earlier after a longer standstill and is now used in Northern Germany on the line to Westerland.
