Willow Warbler - acredula type

There's a couple of things to note about this particular Willow Warbler.
Firstly my more learned colleagues tell me this is the acredula type, that has territory from Scandanavia to Siberia, and winters in West Africa.
This is a subspecies of our common type with scientific name Phylloscopus trochilus, so it is therefore Phylloscopus trochilus acredula.
This subspecies does not have the same distinctive lemon colour on the breast and the eye stripe is duller, giving the appearance of a Chiffchaff. It has been mistaken for a Chiffchaff recently, but it clearly has the leg colour of willow warbler, as well as the long primary projection as you would expect.
The second point is that I took this photograph on 21 November when it really ought to be in Africa. This individual arrived from Europe in mid October, but looked quite unwell. Over the following weeks it seems to have improved and appears to be feeding well.
Whether it is fit enough to migrate to Africa is another matter. I also wonder what it will do next and how it would fair on the Yorkshire East Coast if it does not move away before winter comes along.
