Daffodils - a photo on Flickriver

Daffodils

            2022 has been a strange year with all kinds of unusual weather. It's hardly surprising that nature has got muddled up. Until the colder spell this past month I've had primroses flowering in the garden and birds flying around with nesting materials. My biggest surprise was this week when walking past Lamorna Mill finding wild daffodils flowering around the old mill wheel. Although we do get early daffodils (in February) in Cornwall, it's not officially winter yet!
