The Oasis

            As soon as school starts we head to Steamboat Rock State Park, that greenbelt yonder named after the Mesa behind it.  I've hiked the length and breadth of it and all around it.  :-)  One of my favorite places anywhere.  this view was taken from a small day use park across Banks Lake just off the road with a little hiking to get down here.  Neat place to check out if you are passing by.
