Welcome To The Santa Fe - a photo on Flickriver

            This was my first time shooting a BNSF local since going to school in August. Meanwhile, I am home every weekend but nothing ever ran worthwhile or during daylight until yesterday afternoon. I’ve only shot one other BNSF train since August, definitely a chance of pace for me! Here is BNSF 539 leading the L-CHI105 job for BNSF GM Yard in Hodgkins, IL to BNSF Galesburg Yard as they travel across the Santa Fe. They made it through the small country town of Mazon just in time before the sun started to dip!
