NECR No 611 SD40M-2 # 3476 Brattleboro, Vermont, 01-31-18

            On Tuesday my friend Thomas and I went over to Vermont to photograph a Joint OCS Special that include the CMQ, Vermont Railway and Pan Am Southern. Each of these 3 roads provided equipment for this special, Pan 2 of their business cars and a locomotive from both the CMQ and the VRS which operated from Farnham Quebec to East Deerfield Mass, with a layover at White River Junction. They would follow Amtrak out of White River around 1200. We were up early this morning and heard the DS talking to NECR 324 headed for Brattleboro where a fresh crew would take over for a trip to Palmer and return. Here the crew of No 611 is rolling into Brattleboro where they switch for a couple of hours, we were off to a good start.
