Leaf Cutter Bee - a photo on Flickriver

Leaf Cutter Bee

            This small bee like insect caught my eye due to the small size.  It seems to match the description of a leaf cutter.  Viewing on the larger screen of the computer I noticed the eye is not all black.  Not certain on the ID of this
