PKP TKt48 17 Biecz lijn 131, 2 september 1986

            Op 2 september 1986 is het weer wisselvallig zoals gedurende de gehele Polen reis dat jaar. Soms zit het tegen soms valt het mee, aanvaarden was toen een voor mij nog onbekend begrip dus ik was een van de hooggespannen neuroten die door de Poolse dreven en spoorweg bermen struinde. PKP TKt48 17 helaas wel tv. (tender vor) passeert Biecz op spoorlijn 131. Vrouwen werken op het land. Biecz is een bijzonder fraai oord aan de voet van de Karpaten in zuid Polen en maakt deel uit van de województwo małopolskie. In de 14-de en 15-de eeuw was het een van de belangrijke steden in Polen en een koninklijke stad, stadsrechten sedert 1257 ongeveer tweehonderd en vijftig jaar nadat het gesticht was. Het kleine pittoreske plaatsje dat vandaag de dag over is heeft minder dan 5000 inwoners maar draagt de bijnaam "Parel van de Karpaten" en de Karpaten kennen veel parels.

Biecz is a town at the foot of the Carpathians in southern Poland and is part of the województwo małopolskie. In the 14-and 15-the century was the one of the important cities in Poland and a Royal Town. City rights since 1257 about two hundred and fifty years after it was founded. The small picturesque town that is today has less than 5000 inhabitants but carries the nickname "Pearl of the Carpathians" and the Carpathian Mountains have many pearls.
