Exodus - a photo on Flickriver

Exodus

            The road up to the Zion-Mount Carmel Tunnel that leads to the eastern entrance / exit of Zion National Park. 

Many times a picture is not a snap shot of that instance of time but a representation of what you saw at that time, this is one such photo.

I blended 8 shots of the traffic driving up and down the road to create the light trails and the detail in the scene, all 8 photos where taken at 20mm , ISO 50, F/8, and 30 seconds long.

I then blended that shot with a photo of 3 bracketed shots at a shorter exposure time in order to capture the color of the twilight sky at ISO 50, 20mm, F/8, and 1/6 , 0.6, and 2.5.
