The power of the sea, Cabo de Palos, Cartagena, Murcia, Spain

Whilst observing these Mediterranean waves crashing against the rocks and jumping over the pier, we felt astonished about the strength of the sea, the movement of the tides and its incalculable power.

In this six seconds exposure picture you can see the resume of the sequence before, during and after the impact of the waves. I cannot reproduce the sound of this moment, but you can imagine it, truly evocative and captivating.

Mientras observábamos estas olas del Mediterráneo chocando contra las rocas y saltando sobre el muelle, nos quedamos asombrados por la fuerza del mar, el movimiento de las mareas y su incalculable poder.

En esta imagen de exposición de seis segundos se puede ver el resumen de la secuencia antes, durante y después del impacto de las olas. No puedo reproducir el sonido de este momento, pero puedes imaginarlo, verdaderamente evocador y cautivador.
