Winter Sunrise (Σxplore) - a photo on Flickriver

            Longing to take photos,  but I've got back muscle spasms  which are debilitating at times.   Lying down I fear, standing is freeing.   I fear sleeping as the pain increases.    I have a tendency to knot up and spasm,  this time anxiety over bringing the car to be tested for road worthiness (NCT,  MOT etc....).  Even though I've had the car checked and upgraded with new brakes and tyres,  anxiety over the test literally crippled my back.
