Rochers des Deux Sœurs (1ère vue) - a photo on Flickriver

            France. Alpes. Massif du Vercors. Photo prise lors d'une rando en A/R au cours de laquelle nous sommes montés (ma femme et moi) au Pas de la Balme, en partant du Col de l'Arzelier.

La rando commence par une raide montée en forêt, jusqu'au Pré Achard. A partir de là, on a une magnifique vue sur la barrière orientale du Vercors, notamment sur un long sentier en balcon qui progresse au pied des falaises. La montée finale est assez raide et impressionnante. Après cette ultime ascension, il faut encore emprunter un magnifique sangle pour rejoindre le Pas de la Balme. L'endroit est magnifique et mérite les efforts pour l'atteindre.

Cette toute 1ère photo a été prise depuis le parking du Col de l'Arzelier. On y voit les Rochers des Deux Sœurs : Grande Sœur Agathe à gauche et Petite Sœur Sophie à droite, séparées par le Col des Deux Sœurs (logique !).
Ce jour-là je suis tombé amoureux d'Agathe !!! Et ça n'a pas rendu ma femme jalouse ! 😂
Je trouve que ce rocher ferait bonne figure dans un western américain !
