Machaon ( Papilio machaon ) Swallowtail

Cette année, je n'ai pas vu beaucoup de papillon mais j'ai eu la chance de photographier ce beau papillon le machaon.
Un bon souvenir de cet été où l'on pouvait sortir librement.

This year, I did not see many butterfly but I had the chance to photograph this beautiful butterfly the swallowtail.
A good memory of this summer when we could go out freely.

L'imago du Machaon est un grand papillon de forme vaguement triangulaire possédant une queue, d'une envergure de 55 à 90 mm et reconnaissable à ses grands vols planés.

Les ailes antérieures sont triangulaires, jaune pâle à jaune vif, avec des taches noires. 
Les ailes postérieures sont prolongées d’une sorte de queue et elles sont traversées par une bande de taches bleues entourées de noir et marquées d’un ocelle rouge, bleu et noir.

The fore wings are triangular, pale yellow to bright yellow, with black markings. The hind wings are extended in a sort of tail and are crossed by a band of blue spots surrounded by black and marked with a red, blue and black ocelli.
