            Der Nürnberger Rangierbahnhof ist einer von zwei großen Verschubbahnhöfen in Bayern. Von hier aus treten täglich zahlreiche Einzelwagenzüge ihre Reise an oder enden dort. Im dortigen Rangierbahnhof sind auch die Loks der Baureihe 152 heimisch - alle 169 Lokomotiven von DB Cargo sind im dortigen Bw stationiert. Am 4. September 2021 zog 152 015 einen dieser Einzelwagenzüge gen Norden.
