En attente du tramway dans le centre-ville du Havre

            Les gens s’amoncellent sur le quai méridional de l'arrêt du square Saint-Roch. Mais le tramway n'est toujours pas là. Il va falloir attendre... Et oui, dans la vie, le temps nous est compté. Mais on ne force pas le temps. En attendant, le quai est rempli, mais les rails sont désespérément vide.
