            "The best of 343 designs by the nation's leading sign designers for a shopping center are illustrated on the front cover and pages 62-65. For the first time in 14 years of NESA's Annual Electric Sign Design Competition , a previous award winner has won the top award again. William W. Ponder, Nebraska Neon Sign Co., Lincoln, with the design on the front cover has won the competition this year, after having taken first prize in 1958."
