Rotational Sky - a photo on Flickriver

Rotational Sky

            My first attempt at Intentional Camera movement. Naturally curving branches on a well structured tree against a greyish plain sky.

Single exposure, my intent was to blend it with some similar shots of same tree but that made it look worse and detracted from the curving branches.

I set the levels in C1, colour graded it to give an icier blue tone and then just played with brightness, contrast and vibrance in Affinity.

I like the paper texturing effect that the thinner twigs have made.
