            Coupole de la basilica di Sant'Andrea et baptistère de San Lorenzo.            La basilique de Sant'Andrea est la plus grande église de Mantoue.
 Dans la crypte se trouvent deux reliquaires avec de la terre imbibée du sang du Christ, que le soldat romain Longinus aurait apportés. C'est précisément pour cette raison qu'elle fut le siège de l'Ordre militaire du Sang de Jésus-Christ à partir de 1608.

The Basilica of Sant'Andrea is the largest church in Mantua. 
 In the crypt are two reliquaries with earth soaked in the blood of Christ, which the Roman soldier Longinus is said to have brought. It is precisely for this reason that it was the seat of the Military Order of the Blood of Jesus Christ from 1608.
