LEGO Sunday Afternoon Tea Train to Tetley

            Toot Toot!!  I love narrow gauge trains!  Something about the quaint proportions, the countryside settings, and the impossibility that something so wide can operate safely on such a narrow track really draws me in.
Sunday Afternoon Tea Train to Tetley was inspired by the art of Rowland Emett and Peter Barnsfield, who's work I came across many years ago in some old magazine copies of A.W.N.U.T.S.  (Always whimsical and not always to scale).
The main idea came from an old Rowland Emett cartoon with the caption "Despite the severe depletion of equipment and rolling stock, the Company will do all in it's power to resume meals on it's trains."  It had a funny drawing of an old WW1 soup kitchen tacked onto the rear of a train with waiters scrambling along the sides of the train in an attempt to serve food and drinks.  I have attempted to replicate part of that here, while using more of a Peter Barnsfield style to create the train and countryside station.  Enjoy!!
