calmness over bombastity - a photo on Flickriver

            This statue stand calmly erect in a large, inconspicuous corner of North Texas's most prestigious medical facility, while large lines of visitors continue pouring past, only to miss the calm, beige and brown atmosphere as the busiest medical triage center in North Texas takes in hundreds an hour, lined up amongst the poor and homeless of Dallas, TX. In spite of it's service to trauma, the badly burned and low income patients of Dallas, this fine medical center called Parkland Memorial Hospital remains the most comprehensive facility in all of Texas as dad began, over the next few months, his sad journey of rest from this loud, bombastic country.
