Stretched

            It's springtime with the promise of warmer temps and flowers blooming on the horizon. To get into the mood I've taken some store bought blooms and spent some time in a darkened room in the basement. This image is a little different from some other images on my photostream. Instead of adding some sort of artificial light, this is completely lit with what natural light sneaks into the room through closed blinds and black plastic bags over those blinds. I like the sharp contrast between the deep black background and the shapes and colors of the subject. Thank you for taking a moment to view my images.
