            An older European lady on the street said that I must try the dry-fried chicken wings at a Chinese restaurant called San Tung.   

The advice was sound; the wings were outstanding.  --and that’s saying something as I’m from Vancouver, Canada--home of world-class Asian food.

 My meal was at lunchtime.  But I circled back in the early evening to record the restaurant in better light and to include the patrons waiting for their own shot at the wings.   Lens was dialed in to max width (16mm), f/4 for depth of field, ISO 200.
