I’ve been a fan of Lord Wasabi’s gorgeous Flickr stream for a long time. To my eye, he is an SL artist with a focused, unique vision.

He and I had never met prior to our first shoot and, as is often the case, I felt a bit insecure at the thought of photographing a creator whose work I so admired. Happily, he quickly revealed himself to be a wonderfully supportive collaborator – with a snappy sense of humor!

Over the long hours we spent together, he shared many layers of his multifaceted SL persona with me and my camera. I hope I captured a bit of his authenticity and generosity in the images we created.

I'll post some of the results here in the coming days.
