Spent some time trying to do an interesting capture of a spinning coin.  This isn't what I had in mind, but it's the closest I was able to get for a first time out.  No flash used here, but I did have a few others that showed some promise when using a flash set for rear-curtain sync.  Not sure yet if that's the way to go - more practice/research required.

Loonie is the slang term Canadians use for the one dollar coin which has a prominent imprint of a Loon on the 'tails' side.
